Rise & Become
The 12-Step Journey to a Confident, Purpose-Driven Young Woman
Rise & Become is a powerful 12-month empowerment experience designed to guide teen girls through a transformative journey of self-discovery, healing, confidence-building, and purpose. Each month unveils a new personal development theme—carefully chosen to support their growth from the inside out. Through a holistic blend of mentorship, education, and meaningful connection, participants explore topics such as Art Therapy, Redefining Self-Worth, Healthy Boundaries, Community Service, and so much more.
This hybrid program offers flexibility and accessibility, allowing girls to engage in both virtual and in-person experiences that fit their schedules while still delivering a deep impact. Along the way, girls participate in empowering outings, bonding opportunities, and sisterhood-building activities that help them feel supported, valued, and seen.
The year culminates in a deeply meaningful Rite of Passage Graduation Ceremony, where each young lady walks forward with confidence, pride, and a Certificate of Completion honoring her journey. Rise & Become isn’t just a program — it’s a life-shaping experience that transforms how girls see themselves, how they show up in the world, and who they are becoming.
Pen to Power: Teen Girls Rise Through Writing
A 10-Week Author’s Masterclass for Young Women Ready to Inspire the World
Pen to Power is a transformational 10-week journey where teen girls step into their voices, own their stories, and rise through the power of writing. In this immersive Author’s Masterclass, each participant will craft her very own empowerment chapter — a message written by teen girls for teen girls navigating today’s challenges, pressures, and dreams.
Throughout the program, girls will learn how to write with purpose, clarity, and impact, discovering how to reach their target audience with authenticity and confidence. Together, they will collaborate on choosing the book’s title and cover design, giving them full creative ownership of the project from start to finish.
To celebrate their voice and visibility, each young author will participate in a professional photo shoot, selecting her featured photo for the book. They’ll also dive into the art of storytelling — learning how to shape their experiences, insights, and lessons into compelling narratives that resonate and inspire.
The masterclass culminates in an unforgettable Book Signing Event, where attendees can purchase the newly released empowerment anthology and hear directly from the young women who wrote it. Each participant will also be trained in marketing and book promotion, gaining real-world skills in branding, sales, and entrepreneurship.

Professional Sisters – Vocational Training Program
Building Confidence, Competence, and Career-Ready Teen Leaders
R.E.P.S. is a dynamic 10-week vocational training experience designed to prepare teen girls for real-world success — not just in landing a job, but in thriving once they get it. This program equips young women with the essential professional, interpersonal, and financial skills they need to step confidently into the workforce.
Throughout the 10 weeks, participants will:
- Create a powerful, personalized resume that highlights their strengths and achievements
- Learn effective interview techniques, including on-camera practice and mock interviews
- Develop professionalism in the workplace, from communication to conduct
- Master customer service and telephone etiquette skills
- Strengthen financial literacy, including saving, budgeting, and understanding credit
- Participate in a Dress for Success partnership, where girls receive job-ready wardrobe support and take part in an empowering fashion show that celebrates confidence, self-worth, and professionalism
R.E.P.S. goes beyond teaching girls how to get a job — it teaches them how to keep it, grow in it, and carry themselves with excellence wherever they go.
The program concludes with an exciting opportunity:
real companies interviewing our participants for real positions, offering them firsthand experience and, in some cases, their very first job.

CEO in the Making: Teen Girls Entrepreneurial Mastery Course
Where Young Visionaries Become Tomorrow’s CEOs
CEO in the Making is a transformational 12-week entrepreneurial mastery course designed for teen girls who have bold ideas but need the tools, guidance, and confidence to turn those ideas into thriving businesses. This program empowers young visionaries to believe in their potential, build their brands with intention, and step into leadership with courage.
Throughout this hands-on journey, participants will:
- Develop a powerful business name that speaks to their target audience
- Craft a memorable tagline that gives their brand identity and voice
- Create a custom logo that reflects their mission and message
- Learn how to design a winning power pitch for funders, customers, and opportunities
- Build strong social media marketing skills to promote their business effectively
- Master time management and productivity strategies essential for young entrepreneurs
- Learn negotiation, customer service, and communication skills
- Dive into financial literacy, including budgeting and financial projections
- Create a full business plan with real-world guidance and support
Each participant is paired with a woman entrepreneur mentor who walks alongside them throughout the development of their business plan, offering wisdom, encouragement, and practical insight into the entrepreneurial journey.
The program culminates in an exciting Business Plan Pitch Showcase, where girls present their business ideas before a panel of judges who offer constructive feedback, resources, and potential investment opportunities. The top three presentations receive seed funding to begin launching and scaling their businesses.
CEO in the Making gives teen girls more than skills — it gives them identity, confidence, and the belief that their dreams are worth building. It is a life-changing launchpad where young women step boldly into the world as the CEOs of their vision and their future.
LeadHERship Academy: Teen Girls Rising as Leaders
Where Young Women Learn to Lead With Purpose, Power, and Heart
LeadHERship Academy is a transformational 10-week leadership experience designed to help teen girls step confidently into their identity as leaders — not followers. This program teaches young women that leadership isn’t about titles or popularity; it’s about character, courage, and serving others with integrity and compassion.
Throughout the program, participants will dive deep into what it truly means to lead. They will explore servant leadership, learning how showing up for others elevates their own strength, voice, and influence. Through mentorship opportunities, public speaking courses, and conflict-resolution training, each girl will gain the tools to communicate effectively, handle challenges with confidence, and inspire those around her.
One of the most powerful elements of LeadHERship Academy is its hands-on project. Each participant will design and facilitate her own 1-day empowerment workshop, complete with worksheets, activities, and a meaningful opening, middle, and closing segment. These workshops will be delivered at the Annual Empowerment Retreat, giving the girls a real platform to lead, teach, and influence their peers.
Upon completing the program, graduates are formally inducted into the J.E.S.S.I.C.A. Cares Youth Committee, where they play a direct role in shaping upcoming programs, planning events, giving input on marketing ideas, and representing the voice of teen girls within the organization.

A One-Day Journey of Healing, Confidence, Sisterhood & Transformation
Rise Into Your Power is an unforgettable one-day empowerment experience designed to awaken confidence, inspire growth, and help teen girls step boldly into the strongest version of themselves. This powerful retreat brings together motivational and transformational speakers who pour wisdom, love, and life lessons into every young woman in the room. Through hands-on activities, reflective exercises, and uplifting discussions, girls are encouraged to dig deep, break through barriers, and rise into their personal power.
The day begins with a calming guided meditation session, allowing the girls to center their minds, release stress, and prepare their hearts for the healing and inspiration ahead. Each year features a new venue — a fresh space for excitement, exploration, and renewed purpose.
While the retreat is transformational, it is also filled with joy, laughter, and connection. We intentionally weave fun throughout the day to show our girls that personal development is not a chore — it’s a blessing, a journey, and a gift to themselves.
Every participant leaves with a beautifully curated empowerment care bag, filled with girl-centered essentials and tools to continue their growth long after the retreat ends.
